After years of working with global brands across babywear, kidswear, womenswear, and home, we wanted to build something slower. Something more personal. A studio where the creative process wasn’t rushed — where it had time to breathe, feel, and evolve. That’s how Dear Dot began: not as a plan, but as a feeling we kept returning to.

Founder & Head of Design
With over a decade of experience designing for leading global babywear and kidswear brands, Shilvia brings a strong understanding of how prints translate from concept to customer. With a background in fashion and surface design, her strength lies in building cohesive, retail-ready collections — grounded in trend research, thoughtful storytelling, and product relevance. From storyboarding to seasonal range development, she works with a sharp eye for detail and a clear focus on commercial outcomes.
Prabhat
Co-founder, Textile Designer, Strategist
With a foundation in Surface and Textile Design from Istituto Marangoni, Milan, Prabhat brings a strategic lens to every visual decision — from prints to brand identity. His strength lies in building cohesive, collection-wide stories that translate seamlessly from concept to product. With a refined eye for composition and strong experience in womenswear, he crafts print systems and visual identities that are both elevated and commercially grounded. His work is guided by design logic, strong storytelling, and an instinct for what makes a product visually resonate.
